Hello,
My name is Ali Moon.
Born in Paris 45 years ago, I got into photography as a teenager. I’ve been doing it professionally for 22 years.
I trained at fashion studios in Paris in the 2000s: Studios Pin’Up, Studio Daguerre, Studio Harcourt, and Studio Ghiglieri. Then I traveled to work on photo essays and photojournalism, notably with Stanley Greene of the VU agency at the time and later with Noor, in the U.S., Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean for projects for Amnesty International, among others.
I then moved to Australia in 2008, where I trained in children’s portraiture. There, I founded The Moonlight Studiosin 2011: Based in Fremantle, WA, the studio has photographed many wonderful people, and has also traveled throughout the region to meet families and individuals in remote areas, thanks to its mobile setup.
In the meantime, the book *Wild Open* was published, which chronicles these two periods.
Today, the story continues with you, in Rognes, Provence, starting in 2020 and for years to come...
